FFA, along with affiliated representatives, offer a new private section for "members only". We do so in order to discuss matters that we can not offer to the general public. 

In our members section you will find:

*  A  private and secure  Q&A bulletin board for members to post any questions they may have regarding asset protection and estate planning. Not only will the directors of FFA be answering your questions on the membership board, but you will be able to have exchange private messages directly with the directors or other member if you wish.  All of this is secured with SSL technology.

If you are busy like most folks, a great feature of the board is members can do a word search on a particular subject you are interested in such as "conveyance of property" or "estate planning" or any other topics related to asset protection and estate planning and this feature will search, find and highlight those posts for you that reference your search. This will allow you to go directly to what you want and save you the time of digging through the whole dicussion board for areas of interest.  

We believe this new discussion board will be a tremendous value and tool for staying on top of the lastest developments in this arena and your ongoing education on the do's and don'ts of asset protection and estate planning.

* The membership also offers the book, "The Uses and Advantages of Pure Trust Organizations" written by the founder of  Financial Fortress Associates. This book discusses an actual court case of someone who used a Pure Trust the wrong way and how to avoid the same mistakes. This same case is posted in full within the membership section. This section also discusses the infamous Internal Revenue Notice 97-24 on "busting trusts" and where it doesn't apply to Constitutional Pure Trusts.
